MORE OF MY STORY
Fair warning, I hate writing about myself, trying to sound interesting when in truth I'm exceptionally average most of the time. But that other 5% (maybe 4%) I'm extremely witty, ridiculous, and shine like the full moon.
I've always had a love for layout and design - I was the nerdy girl who'd spend hours perfecting the yearbook layout but it wasn't until I lived abroad and realized I'd never be Amanda Woodward (hello Melrose Place fans!) that I finally found my love for photography.

WHO WE ARE
I create beautiful art because I truly believe that every thing and every one on this earth is beautifully unique and worthy of being documented. I'm sometimes loud, often bossy, and nothing makes me want to stand on a soap box more than when women put themselves down but I'm also soft and vulnerable and wow did my life change drastically when I embraced that it is absolutely ok to be all of those things at once.
It's time I showed you just how ah-mazing and worthy you are of celebrating your damn self!

And now after 7 years of trial and error, perfecting my skills, honing my client experience, I finally realize that it has less to do with photography and more to do with the connections I witness and the transformations and celebrations you allow to happen when you step in front of my camera.

Ok hear me out... imagine being a young child and getting to go out to your dad's special place and create something with him. The sound of the saw as it cuts that first piece of wood that makes your heart jump from the noise and then you get that sweet whiff of fresh cut oak and all of a sudden his special place just became your favourite place.
